Meeting of the Commissioners’ Petition & Cover Sheet Review Committee for Independent Nominating Petition Matters for the November 8, 2022 General Election
Pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law [§3-212(5)], the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Board of Elections [9 NYCRR 6215] as well as the Board’s Independent Nominating Petition Rules [Rule D2], a Commissioners’ Petition and Cover Sheet Review Committee, will meet in accordance with the following schedule:

In the event that there are no matters for consideration by the Commissioners’ Committee, at a scheduled meeting, notice of cancellation will be posted on the BOE’s website by 1:00 PM of the scheduled meeting day.
Please note that pursuant to S. 50001/A. 40001, signed by the Governor of the State of New York, this meeting will be conducted via WebEx and the public may view the meeting, which will be live-streamed, on the Board’s website.
